Is not convenient, is very expensive, make you get annual membership which is not very convenient for some people, you can't bring an extra person, the equipment is not the best, they don't have good machines, and their schedules are not the best either, get another gym.
This is my personal opinion based on my experience at this gym. This gym may be for you, but not for me and this is my review. The gym strongly identifies as “old school” and repeatedly emphasizes that it’s “not for everyone,” and it’s definitely not for everyone. In practice, that label seems to be used to excuse resistance to feedback and a lack of improvement. joined 2 weeks ago. recently moved to the area and found this place online. the staff was super friendly. I like that the club is not too crowded and they have alot of old school machines that i used to like doing at my old gym. they have so many leg machines. I have not seen an ASF Leg press at any other clubs in the area!!
