Raza, let me tell you...stop asking for the water fountain to get fixed. That thing been broken longer than my tío’s lowrider project. Same dirty paper sign, same crinkles, same 'we don’t care' mala onda.. And that goes for most of your complaints—they don't care. So save your breath, stop complaining, and bring your own water or just find another gym if you can't hang.
Ultimate fitness IB is hands down my favorite gym I’ve stepped foot in. The staff is awesome, super kind, super welcoming, and easy to get along with. The machines and free weights are hands down better than any commercial gym in my opinion. Really love the whole old school aesthetic they got going on. I’ve been going for about 3 years now, and I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times over any commercial gym.
I would like to give ultimate fitness a five star review in all areas and aspects.I have been coming to this gym for years and the front desk staff as well as the managers have always been welcoming and respectful. Their down to earth vibe kick starts your workout routine with positivity. If we ever have questions,they have answers. This happened at the Imperial Beach location. In more than 10 years of working out at different Gyms of different brands I have never encountered a so poor costumer service. Today 08/05/2025 around 11am, for the first time my wife and I took our 12 years old kid with us, he wasn't to work out or use any of the equipment, at the front desk the lady told us that our kid couldn't come in with us because he is not a member and if we wanted to come with us he had to pay a one day visit, even though he wouldn't use the equipment, ... read more
This gym is extremely gross, theres dirt everywhere, a lot of machines dont work and are all rusty
