I have been training with Joe at Ultimate Fitness for over 5 years now. Joe is very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. The program is 2 times a week and it has been essential for keeping up my core strength for the cycling that I do. It is an excellent place to train.
OMG this place has been a lifesaver! I have a very full schedule and this fitness program only asks for 30 minutes, twice a week. I have been going to Ultimate Fitness three times per week for 30 minute sessions over the past 7 years. I enjoy my sessions and feel invigorated when I leave.
