I typically have a good experience at this car wash and have been a regular customer with a full monthly pass. However, during my most recent visit just before closing time (around 8:00 PM), I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. I had finished vacuuming about half of my 2017 Ford Expedition when the vacuums were abruptly shut off. I understand the business has to close on time, but it would have been appreciated if I was given a quick courtesy notice or a few extra minutes to finish the passenger side of my ... read more
