I rarely ever take my truck through a tunnel wash of ANY type. I either hand-wash or pressure wash but avoid tunnel washes like the plague! It really needed a bath, and it was too cold to hand wash, so I decided to check the reviews of local washes and noticed the much higher rating and reviews of Ultimate Express. One-Star Review for Ultimate Car Wash If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Ultimate Car Wash was an absolute nightmare. I went in for a simple wash and left with my car looking like it went through a war zone. Scratches, dents, scuff marks—you name it, my car has it now, all thanks to their cheap, poorly maintained equipment. It’s like their machines are programmed to destroy cars instead of clean them. Staff is friendly. Car wash is good, not great. I haven't been to an automated car wash where they wouldn't immediately let you go through again (until now) if the wash left dirt and bugs, etc . My vehicle wasn't that dirty to begin with. Disappointed. Paid for the ultimate.
