The staff does a nice job but they should reduce the price as the main brush that cleans the center of the vehicle is currently not working. Hopefully it gets repaired soon, but I doubt it as repairs to other brushes has taken months!
They'll remember me because I couldn't get my car in neutral - my bad there, lol. Nevertheless, read the reviews and went anyway - got what people said I would. Bugs are still on despite paying $17. Everything else is fine, but not worth the price. Maybe the cheaper washes are worth it - I don't know. Disappointed though. Fact check - their more expensive washes DO say wheel shine - they claimed they don't provide that in another post. Not too happy about the negligence/deceit.
I went here not thinking it would damage my car but surprise, it did! It was my first time going here. Everything went smoothly at first and my car is small so it didn't hit anything there. I just drove up, put my car in neutral and was out in a couple minutes (that is, these scratches are 100% from the brushes).
