old beds, idiot employees, bad customer service. – Worst customer service in history. I requested my membership canceled in the store and they continued with monthly charges. When I called reverse the charges, they said they had fired the girl in the store and would cancel the charges. Which they did not. $150.00 later they still will not settle this. They offered no refund whatsoever! Massive internal issues. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
