I have been a member of your Lake Zurich location for almost 5 years. I am not typically one to complain. However, as a loyal customer I am really tired of how run down this place continues to get. The bathroom is discusting! No hot water, the toilet and sink both desperately need to be replaced, the molding is missing, the tile is cracked, the lighting is horrible.
