This personal training is extraordinary. It is very effective. I’m in my mid-60s, and I’m stronger than I was in my mid-20s. The system is very safe and time-efficient (25 min. one day a week) I couldn’t be more pleased with my progress.
Great personal trainers. I have been training there for more than 10 years. It has helped my strengths and mental acumen.
I traveled 300 miles to do a workout with Dr. McGuff and it was worth it. It was only 19 minutes but In 50 years of lifting weights it was the hardest and the most productive workout of my life. I highly recommend the training at this facility.
