This was my experience. The tune provided was great and achieved what I wanted. This company does not treat customers well when things go wrong. Very poor or no response to queries, no urgency to help you. All actions are done at their pace even if you are inconvenienced. This company has no way to write directly to them, there is no 'contact us' on their web site to provide a written trail. Initial install took 2 days instead of one. UPDATE [Feb 2026]: I am disappointed by the owner’s response. I brought the car in for power loss, not a noise. Regarding their claim that the injectors were 'correctly coded,' I have an invoice from a second specialist who confirmed they were not coded at all. Coding them properly fixed the knocking noise that this shop told me was 'normal.' The owner, Rob, called me and offered to reimburse me for that coding cost if I removed this review. Thought Id share my experience with ultimate recently. Booked in my new v6 ranger over Christmas for the works, intercooler, transcooler, catch can and tune. Had a few delays unfortunately but we made it in the end, we had a issue on the first tune after a few days of driving with fueling but ultimate were more than happy to get it back and re access the car and ended up doing a full new tune which is perfect. Ultimate diesel tuning where do I start, I called them up yesterday and told them im having issues with my ute and I needed it asap they fit me in straight away done a full tune and it now drives amazing with a whole heap of torque that it didn't have before also so much smoother. Just ordered a new ute so that is definitely going to them for a tune as soon as it arrives. Amazing team and great work
