I purchased a watch with Rohan. He is the best watch guy and very honest man had a great experience with ultimate.
This jeweler is truly terrible—someone trusted them with a ring, and they ruined it completely. I learned about them. I would not trust this place with anything valuable because of the complete lack of accountability, which is infuriating.
If you’re considering using this jeweler for an important life moment, think twice. This business showed an alarming lack of care, professionalism, and integrity in handling something extremely important. Their communication was dishonest, their service careless, and their treatment of customers dismissive. I would never trust them with any meaningful purchase.
If I could give 0 starts I would. Recently somebody I may or may not know had gotten her gorgeous sapphire ring resized after her engagement. Well….. this place screwed it up so bad. Not only did they make it 2 sizes LARGER instead of smaller, when they FINALLY got it to the right size they tried to give it back to her after KNOWINGLY leaving 2 cracks in the stone.
