Ultimate Dental of Cambridge truly lives up to their name. Went for the first time for a cleaning/exam and, as someone who hates the dentist, the experience and customer service was flawless all around. The front desk staff were both very friendly and helpful with checking in, appointment scheduling, explanation of benefits, and estimates. The best dentist office I’ve ever been to, and at 40 years old, I’ve been to a few! I kept coming back here even after I moved miles away because the hygienists and Dr Kazmi are just the best.
This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to, hands down. Everyone on the team—office staff, hygienist, dentists, assistants—is surpassingly kind, gentle, patient, competent, and ultimately caring. Highly recommend (even if that means increased wait times for appointments )
My hygienist here was always great. I had a decent experience here for the first couple years until I started having some tooth pain, and turns out they missed two very big cavities that I ended up needing two root canals for, despite taking x rays every time I visited. “The x rays overlapped and seemed to have blocked us from seeing these” is what they told me. My new dentist was very shocked that these cavities had been missed for years
Dr. Mahmood is a wonderful dentist. I recently received treatments for a cavity and a crown with his dental office. I’m satisfied with the results. I received helpful information for each step of the process. I was able to make appointments that were aligned with my schedule. The staffs were also very nice, and they clearly explained the finances and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this dental team.
