Everyone at Ultimate Dental is amazing! I was dealing with an out-of-state dental emergency and they were so kind and helpful in getting me through a stressful day. It was such the best outcome I could've hoped for and I am so grateful for the entire staff at Ultimate Dental!
I’ve been coming here since 2022 and the dentists and hygienists truly are the best. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk is a different story. When I walked out after my service, the receptionist didn't even say hi or hello—she just immediately said, 'You owe $76.' It felt incredibly transactional and rude. I love this practice and want to continue coming here, but I highly recommend some customer service retraining for the front desk staff to ensure patients feel welcomed from start to finish.
Excellent team here. Happy with my dentist and hygienist. Competent and compassionate.
