I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. The staff seems unorganized, and there are multiple people doing the same tasks, which only adds to the confusion. Appointments run late—often by 30 minutes or more—and sometimes you’re left waiting in the waiting room or in a treatment room while someone else is being seen. My child needed a root canal, and this office referred us to True Dental in West Allis because they could not perform the procedure.
