Ordered items via their website . Five days later - no correspondence. I called to be told they dont have any stock of the item i purchased. Was informed "we have no ETA on those...." When asked "when was someone going to tell me... " - the response was "we were getting around to it ... we can give you a refund.... "

A decent supplier of dental equipment and they deliver fairly quickly. I like that they have monthly specials as I quite often find something I need to order on there at a discounted price. I don't quite understand their slogan of 'Where loyalty is rewarded' though as they don't seem to have any kind of points scheme for regularly purchasing from them. Overall I happy with their services and would recommend them to others in the business.
