I took the ladies night out class for beginners and brought my mom. The class was very informative. Randy is funny and has a passion for his job. The guys were great and gave us the attention that we needed. I really appreciate all of the extra time they spent helping my mom because she hasn't shot a gun in almost 50 years, thanks Dean. Great Facility My wife and I along with our 6 and 8 y/o girls went to Ultimate defense today for the first time. I was very happy the way the staff treated us. They placed us in a lane where the girls could watch us shoot and even found 2 stools for them to sit on. The shooting lanes were very well lit and the price to shoot was not bad at all. I expressed concerns to the owner of this establishment and was sent one in return that was unprofessional and the equivalent of a two year old having a tantrum. I will be taking my business to Metro shooting supplies.
Great facility! As a newbie to shooting, I find this to be the place to go. The staff is super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. The facility is a one-stop-shopping center for everything you need. They offer classes weekly and rentals so that you can take your time to find out whats right for you. I can't say enough great things about it!

My first experience here was almost three weeks ago, at an auction held to sell off some of their rental guns. I was disappointed. I ended up waiting about two hours from the time I got in line to the time I actually checked out. I realize the auction was not normal business traffic for them, but they ought to have been better prepared than this.
