Dave Auerbeck didn't complete our project. First, they didn't finish the prep work that needed to be done. Second, he would not return phone calls or answer questions. Third, when we asked him something he got defensive. I'm sorry if I'm paying almost $5,000 for this you should answer your clients questions. Fourth, they rushed through the spraying process.
