UCI is a great company with a lot of potential. However, their VOIP service is lacking upload bandwidth, creating a delay in all calls that results in both parties constantly interrupting eachother. This is frustrating when attempting to communicate with investors or customers.
I have used UCI for my business and home and have been very pleased with their quality and help in deciding the best system for my concerns. Thank you Jay . Great job
UCI updated our office infrastructure. New phones, security system, fire detection, wireless throughout, new server room and complete re-wiring as needed. They have been very responsive and our office has never run smoother.
