We have been using UCI for a number of years at Riverside Grocery & Catering, for our alarm system, phone system, camera system, and now they take care of our computers too. Very knowledgeable people doing the service work, and Jay and Dean are always quick to respond when we do have an issue. Would highly recommend this company for their services.

10/10 service, very honest people
UCI is a great company with a lot of potential. However, their VOIP service is lacking upload bandwidth, creating a delay in all calls that results in both parties constantly interrupting eachother. This is frustrating when attempting to communicate with investors or customers.
