I’m really glad I found a place I can trust. My furnace stopped working, and I was expecting the worst. They could have sold me a new unit, but instead they signed me up for a maintenance plan and fixed it under that plan. Now I’ll at least have my HVAC system checked every six months to help prevent these issues from happening in the first place.
My oil boiler was dripping fuel. Called Ultimate and they assured me it would be ok till the next day. The next day Kirk arrived and he was the most pleasant person I think I have ever met. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing. Found the issue and went above and beyond fixing it. Oh and Luna says hello. 1/15/26 Had an issue with the heater....( totally different.)
