A big shout out to Ed Dasilva from Ultimate Collision who went out of his way to made a nervewracking process after my car accident as smooth as can be. So grateful that he helped me literally recoup more than $5K back from my insurance company for a collision that was deemed a total loss for my brand new Audi. Ed and this shop are ultimate pros.
Excellent business. Excellent customer service. My Tesla Model 3 was a wreck. To be honest, I was expecting to get a car that was "repaired" and was expecting to see signs of a previous accident even after repair.... there was glass literally in every corner. Nope. What I got was what looked like a brand new car. Looked brand new inside and out. Even had that new car smell. it was like driving my Tesla off the dealer's lot. there was not a single visible blemish from the (literally) hundreds of thousands of pieces of glass ... read more

They repaired and painted the back of my truck. Rear quarter panel did not match otherside at all. I had to re-align tailgate after I picked the truck up. Rear badge fell off 5 months later. Tailgate latch fell out and is loose after 10 months. They refused to repair any of the work saying that they did not paint that area, but it was painted, it had to be to fix the repair. Do not recommend them at all!
