As a pet owner with two long-haired dogs, I knew the ducts were overdue for a cleaning. Technician Sonia did a full air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and found clumps of fur and dander stuck deep in the vents. She also explained the benefits of a UV light installation for reducing allergens and bacteria. I’ve seen a huge reduction in dust on surfaces since the cleaning. The furnace doesn’t make strange noises anymore either. Sonia was incredibly thorough and left everything spotless.!!
We kept noticing this weird smell whenever the heat kicked on, and it was driving us nuts. Ultimate Duct came to check it out and found a buildup of dust and mold in one of the return ducts. After noticing some mold near our HVAC system, I decided to hire a professional for mold removal. The guy was incredibly professional and thoroughly assessed the situation.
