Had a window clean booked for a Wednesday (over a month in advance) and was called the day before to be advised they had a family emergency and would reschedule to sunday between 8 and 10am. It is Sunday 10:30am and the cleaner has not arrived, I have no way to contact anyone as the office is closed. Unfortunately, I cannot write a good review. We had booked a window cleaning service two and a half weeks prior to the service day. We were told that the window cleaner would arrive between 8am and 10am on the day. Whilst we were waiting we had taken all the flyscreens off and moved any furniture, etc that would be in the way in order to make it easier for him. He was a no show. Good service at a reasonable cost. Recommended
Highly recommend. They cleaned our gutters and solar panels. Arrived early to both appointments, no waiting at all. Reasonable quote which we got online and easy too organise appointments, payments etc...
The team at Ultimate Cleaners were quick to squeeze me in for gutter cleaning within a short period as requested. They provided great customer service, a clear quote and photos both before and after the clean. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly, I was really impressed!
