The service department will have NO problem lying to you if you did not purchase your vehicle from them. They told us they ordered the part, they did not. They didn't bother to call when we had an appointment and THEY didn't have the part. It took them a week to get the part, when another dealer said it would take no more than 2 days to get said part. They will lie to you if you have an extended warranty because they are too lazy to file a claim. Seek another dealer.

1 star, guy was rude on the phone when we needed to order a part. The hours online say it closes at 5:30, but they actually stop serving people at 5:00 and are super rude if you show up after 5:00. Do not recommend
