Incompetent Finance Lady. Inability to properly input customer information when submitting to banks for a loan. She did not properly submit income information the first time. Causing a denial for loan. After her mistake was noticed, she tried to back peddle pointing blame at an insignificant item on credit report. Purchased comparable Truck next day with Red River Dodge. They even delivered to Mountain Home and the price was $10k cheaper. Thanks Debbie
Bought my last jeep from ultimate. 4 inn4 years. My whole family. My window cracks in the garage. And they can’t help me out? Terrible service. I’ll buy my cars cheaper elsewhere.
Service department is pretty awesome.
I have had several issues with this dealership both with the mechanics shop and with the finance department. The maintenance shop once had a 2020 Cherokee of mine and the wait was already long but they didn't put my wheel assembly back together correctly. They fixed it but it took almost another month.
