Almost just got hit in the Newsome high school parking lot by one of their trucks trying to force their way through a line of waiting traffic. Definitely not using or recommending this business.

Contacted them to clean my carpet and do some minor repairs on it. Ended up getting my tiles cleaned, carpet steam cleaned and having my carpet repaired with transitions strips. They did an ok good job with the cleaning and with the transition strips. After the cleaning I noticed the bottom of my appliances had stains on them. We tried to remove them but they appear to be permanent. Some of the chemicals they used when cleaning must have splashed up they didn’t wipe it off after. this company was in charge of doing a flood drying, they are abusers on one of the days that they had to supervise the work we were not at home and they used our little son's bathtub for the drain of one of their machines. He made the complaint to Mr. John (Boss) and he was not able to apologize, he only had a bad attitude to the complaint.
