Being charged the no show fee. I have records of me calling back a few times to cancel my appointment which I had booked not even an hour earlier. I left voicemails to say I am cancelling my appointment but to no avail, the call I received back the receptionist saying she cannot do anything about it but charge me the fee. I think it is a bit unjust at this point as the numbers listed were unreachable when I tried calling back. I’m a bit disappointed even though this is my regular family practice that I usually go to. I've been going to these doc's for over twelve years when I started I was such a failure, but I have woken up by the help they have shown me an there incredible & I can't thank them enough bless them all again

Highly recommended Dr Vu Le. I am seeing him from last 8-9 years. He's amazing and and all the staff very friendly
