Very disappointing experience. They don’t even include car vacuum, which is basic for any decent car wash. There’s no proper drying area, and the service is poor. my car was left with visible marks and streaks. Definitely not what I expected. I’ve had much better service at Harry Car Wash in Franklin Square than this branch.
VERY GOOD CAR WASH! I GOT THE VIP WASH WITH INTERIOR CLEANING COMBO WHICH WAS AROUND $60. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WHO WOULD BE NICE THOUGH IF THE PRICE WOULD’VE BEEN A TRUE COMBO PRICE INSTEAD OF SEPARATE. THINKING ABOUT GETTING THE VIP WASH UNLIMITED; WAS DEFINITELY A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WORTH THE MONEY; ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET THE UNLIMITED PLAN. (THE YELLOW TYPE OF SUBSTANCE YOU SEE ON THE CAR IS TREE SAP.. THEY SAID TO MOVE IT I WOULD NEED TO DO AN ACTUL FULL DETAIL. Very reasonable price...maybe that was a red flag. Opted for the platinum wash because of the undercarriage wash, hoping to flush out all the winter road salt, it was $22 dollars. Brushes beat on my truck pretty hard but my bigger issue is the rinse cycle. It wasn't very effective at all. My truck came out still covered in soap, especially the back. brought my car here with a flawless, brand-new paint job. I left with a surface so scratched and spider-webbed, it looks like they washed it with a Brillo pad dipped in regret. What was supposed to be a routine wash turned into a full-blown horror show.
