Rude staff and lousy job
Beyond disappointing. I chose the second best option on their menu which I didn’t realize didn’t include a cleaning of the mats… but the basic wash does? Make it make sense. The center console was completely disregarded. The front desk lady claimed they don’t vacuum it thoroughly they just spot vacuum???? What… lol maybe the menu should be more precise which would allow us to make better decisions when choosing our service.
