Jessy Sato, the owner, is very professional, approachable & understanding. If my Family members & I have had issues with the automatic carwash, he has taken care of the issues right away if he's available. If not, he has compensated us on our next carwash. My Family & I have been going there for so long as I can remember. That's why, I like doing business with him, and so does my Family.
Absolutely amazing experience. I originally tried the WOW car wash by Wendy’s in Round Lake and it was terrible — the railings/guards on the sides scratched up the rims on my brand new car and I was honestly so upset. This wash was the complete opposite. I LOVE how there are no harsh side railings and instead the soft little blue guides make it so much easier and less stressful to drive through. The best darn carwash in Round Lake Beach. Still the best deal in lake county.
Pressure would not turn on. Lost my 4 bucks in quarters and no car wash. Coin changer didnt work to try another bay either.
I was there at about mid-night, got my car washed, because I swiped several times and did not stop the meter-was my first time, I was charged more. However, I spoke to a kind gentleman- Doug, who explained to me how the machine works, and more importantly, got my refund. Thank you.
