I came in yesterday and washed my car with $1.75 and ran out of time to rinse so I swiped my card. I only rinsed my car for 2 minutes and it charged my card $10 disappointed call the number and have not got in touch with anyone

Prices are very high, to the point you are paying more for a manual car wash by almost double in order to use every cleaner they offer on their machine, it’s about 5 dollars to 6 minutes of time or so, which is not nearly enough time. Also, when cleaning the back of my car, the ceiling pole collided and got tangled with the cleaning brush pole, which then proceeded to pull the brush off the wall hitting my car and leaving a big ding in my paint that will cost a ton to fix.
