Update Feb 19- charge today is now reflected correctly. Thank you to owner for clarifying the process Feb 18 2026 approx 9:30am automatic wash chose $7 wash - see charged on card $10. No phone number provided online to call when I realized charge when got home. Overall wash was good as always. Please refund ASAP no receipt was offered at machine.

Machine says $3 to start. I was charged $15 for a very speedy soap and rinse. No more than 5 mins, since was very cold outside. Why was I charged so much? Feb 11 at 3:29pm. Yes, the amount has settled.

Pretty much the worst car wash I ever went to. And then finally I went to put four quarters into the vacuum machine and of course that didn't work.

We had an incident here today 02/04/26 and have been searching for a number to call that is no where to be found . The email provided in a past review is non existent . One of your machines had a failure & flung at my partners head causing an injury . We would like to discuss further actions .

Poor customer service. Went to the car wash on 12/27 using the automatic wash. 1st the door did not open open all the way so I had to get out and lift it. Then it was out of the pre wash and did not do the tripple foam. Email them right after and still have not heard back about getting a refund or another wash to remedy the situation.
