Card reader does not work. Had to try multiple times. I got charged twice and a nasty lady picked up the phone. I told her I was at the Mt Cobb location multiple times and asks me again “which one we have multiple locations” And then said “I’m all over with my dates and time I went.” I haven’t recorded the exact hour and minute I was there. I stated I was there on the 11th based off of my bank statement. Then I said it may have been the 7th. Read til the end for the many reasons I'm giving only one star! I have been to this car wash many times over the years. The location is convenient for me but I always have some kind of problem. Some issues I've encountered are as follows; card reader errors with the automatic washes, dial on coin-operated machines at the self-wash bays don't always work, the vacuum hoses are all torn up and one machine didn't work after inserting money. Go down the road to the one in Hamlin. This one has a cheap credit card reader that never works and the wash isn’t great.
