They installed a Fake Flowmaster This is for Ultimate car and truck accessories in albuquerque, nm on menaul and washington. I finally went under my car and realized that my Flowmaster wasn't stamped on the case. Went back. John said everything they have is stamped. Talked to robert and he said nothing they have are stamped. So already 2 people are saying totally different things. Never again If you enjoy being completely ignored come here! Not a single word was said to us the entire time we were in the building. The guy behind the counter just couldn't seem to tear himself away from texting long enough to say "Hi!". It's not true that were ignored the whole time. After a few minutes of walking around one of the employees started watching us "fixing displays" where ever we wandered. So, I'll assume we're not good enough to shop there. Worst business in town To Whom It May Concern, if you ever want to to customize your vehicles, Ultimate Car and Truck is the last place you want to do business with. Ultimate does not complete the job as promised, does not order the rightr parts, are over priced, staff is the worst, worst customer serivce I have ever experienced, staff does not care and it is very evident by the way they treat customers and never return phone calls. Great Service We were traveling from California. Our tow jeep had a transmission problem. We bought a new jeep from Larry Miller. They recommended Ultimate for our tow bar installation. They were great. Fast, friendly and even let us park our motorhome on their lot O/N. We appreciate them getting us on the road so quick.
