The service was outstanding with Nick & the Ultimate Car Experts Team. The communication, service and customer service is impeccable & better than dealing with a dealership yard. I recently had my brakes changed here, and my mechanic did an amazing job. The whole process was quick, professional, and fairly priced. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure my car was running smoothly afterwards. It’s clear they really care about their customers and their work. I couldn’t recommend Bali highly enough! He went above and beyond to help me out — saved me a lot of money and even took the time to shop around for the best deals on parts. Honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about his customers. I was a customer before it changed owners and service just got even better! Constantly sending me updates photos videos of the work being done. Thankyou for looking after me Bali.
Bali has consistently been amazing. As other reviews have said, he takes the time to provide photos and explain the fixes he recommends. Even when I need to hold off on some delays, he was not pushy and was understanding. Highly recommend - probably the most transparent service around.
