New customer had noise in my CVT transmission mitsubishi outlander awd Nick found the issue sraight away and found previous mechanics not doing the service correctly and over filling my CVT causing it to fail.Bali did research and found a great low kms CVT and a good price. I will be taking my car back to them for services. Nick in the workshop is one of the best mechanics I have ever seen. My car drives like new thanks Guys see you again. John
The service was outstanding with Nick & the Ultimate Car Experts Team. The communication, service and customer service is impeccable & better than dealing with a dealership yard. We were offered an excellent deal on a set of new A/T tyres including the spare that were affordable & safe for our car going forward for adventures as well as safe transport for our growing family. Brilliant and fast service, friendly staff and competitive pricing. Even went out of their way to inform me some of the recommended work from my previous mechanic would've been redundant later and ended up costing more than replacing the larger component all at once. Even put a new battery in my car keys for free! 10/10, cannot recommend enough, only way my car isn't coming back here for future work is if I'm dead.
