I assumed that mechanics here would be versed in common problems from other brands. Not so. Their troubleshooting methods show possible trouble areas but they want to change the most expensive parts first. Their quotes seem to suggest after a repair you'll drive out. After pressing this point they explain this could only be a start and more repairs might be necessary. Their supplier for OEM parts is O Reilly?! Didn't know this was an OEM parts house. My husband had an appointment with Ultimate GMC Dealership in Mtn Home Arkansas to have our 2016 Chevy Colorado pick up worked on. They were going to check if there was a problem with the transmission in anyway. He waited almost 2 hours before they came out to the waiting area to tell him it had been a re-built and they would not work on it, not even a simple service on the vehicle. Amazing company! We ended up getting a new car! We have a awesome Toyota Highlander 2020 vehicle now! Thank you! . Update we have gotten 3 Vehicles so far and they have been amazing, our last 1 Dodge Journey has some issues but they willing to take care of it, no charge neither(Amazing) thank you Brad for helping sale our Vehicles to us, he worms at GMC area I suggest him as a sale representative.!!!
