I’m out of state and was in the process of purchasing a 2024 GMC 2500HD AT4X. I tried to put a deposit on the truck but my sales associate Matt Verrett assured me that the truck was mine as they didn’t have a way to accept a deposit. As I’m getting financing completed on my end they sale the truck out from under me. I found out about this once I told them I was financing with my local credit union. Ultimate will never get my business and I would advise others to steer clear.
Bought my car here. The only place I have it serviced. Great place to do business .
