I’ve been attending the 55+ group since August 2022 and absolutely love everything about it. When I started this group I felt I was in pretty good shape, but have to admit that I now feel much stronger than when I began - I can literally see and feel the difference in my strength and endurance. The workouts are thoughtfully planned out with focus on specific muscle groups, and they are followed for 30 days before other muscle groups are focused upon.
