I LOVE working out at UBX! Luke and Betsy absolutely know what they're doing. As someone with a recent back surgery, I've been hesitant to exert myself for fear of another injury. My fears have been completely allayed at UBX, where Luke or Betsy give immediate feedback about form and modifications. I always recommend UBX to my friends!
My experience at UBX Omaha has changed my life. Since beginning to work out regularly with Luke Shook I have gained muscle, a lot of strength, and increased my energy levels. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back!
