We purchased a set of dock steps and were very happy with both the product quality and service provided. They constructed my steps in a timely manner and were very helpful in loading it on my pickup truck. We very much enjoy these solid set of steps. I have already recommended the Ultimate Boat Lift store to my immediate neighbors.
I have bought a lot things from them over the years. Great company. But I have to give them a one star. I have called every day for the past 2 weeks to place another order. No call backs nothing. You would think after buying 8 boat lifts and 6 jet ski lifts they would call you back but after leaving one message a day for 18 working days they would call you back. Nobody is that busy.
