What an awesome experience!! I can't recommend Ben and his team enough. The level of service was exceptional from start to finish. They were able to get me booked in within 24hrs and had the car repaired the next day. The best part is, the repair cost a lot less than the main agent and the work was carried out by BMW master technicians who had the foresight to branch out and use their decades of experience to create a fantastic BMW specialists company. Thanks again and I appreciate your the fast turnaround and 5* service.

Very polite and professional, I didn't have an appointment but they fitted me in for a diagnostics right away. Know their stuff, would highly recommend to anyone with a BMW rather than the main dealer, cheaper to.
Great company with a great people, took my BMW 3 series in for the usual service, complete in 2 hours along with a complimentary wash. Over £150 cheaper than main dealer and they have the service history updated on the computer, will be going there for all my future servicing requirements, thanks again!
Was the first time going to an independent. Top marks for customer service, quality of the workshop and the type of upbeat working atmosphere to make you jealous! Had a major service and the front two shocks replaced within hours - Testament to their claimed experience. Wish they were closer to Bolton.
