Responsive, fair, honest and nice. highly recommend Ultimate Autowerks. They have done a couple of repairs on my older model (2007) BMW and those repairs were done perfectly.
this place is rude and have horrible people answering the phone. i called and tried to set up a appointment the lady first hung up on me before i could finish i called back and she said that they couldn’t even look at my car. i could tell she was just lazy and didnt want to do her job.
Excellent timely service! They are very good stewards of service time allotted to your vehicle. They get you back on the road and into your routine quickly.
Known most of the guys since the late 90's. The only people who will ever touch my BMWs.
