The service was very prompt and swift. I went there to service my vehicle and was done within an hour. The staffs were very friendly and looked into each and every detail. Definitely recommend this automotive shop.
Our car broke down on 7 December and was towed by NRMA to Ultimate Automobile. The following day, we were advised the issue would be repaired. The vehicle remained with the workshop for nine days, after which we were charged $650 for diagnosis, parts replacement, and labour. After collecting the car, it broke down again the same day within one kilometre and required another NRMA tow back to the same workshop. Really unprofessional mechanics total waste of time and money both. I personally would not suggest these mechanics if you are having problem with your car just take it anywhere else but here i am pretty sure you will get better service than this establishment.
They are charlatans! People, I don't recommend going to this repair shop. Read the reviews before losing your money and your time. Charged me 50$ for nothing. The problem is with the air conditioner. If you don't know how to fix it and don't charge people for it, pass it to another mechanic. They don't answer my calls. The last time they said that I can find parts by myself.
