Terrible experience. Overpriced, unprofessional, and completely incompetent service. A total waste of money avoid this mechanic at all costs.
I took my car to this shop because I had a coolant problem. They told me that they have fixed the issue and everything was okay. But after I got the car back, I noticed the same problem was still there. Nothing had changed. I trusted them because they talked professionally and seemed to know what they were doing. I advise not to go to this service because it is very expensive, as he poured oil inside the transmission and I brought the oil from myself. He charged me $90 for the service, and when I argued with him, he said that he charges a high amount because he is a shop owner. I tell most car owners that there are very cheap shops in Maryland and guildford that even put oil in for only $20. If the oil is from you, this is not respectful of conscience and there is no one to hold him accountable. It is better not to go to him.
Very bad service, very expensive compared to others. I advise not to go to them.
