Do not waste your time. I made a booking at 12pm for a safety check for my car on a Saturday. I clarified the check was for a hilux and they said they could do it. After getting there they said they can’t do because they are busy it but I reminded them I made a booking. After waiting for 20 min the main mechanic comes up and says they don’t have time but I insisted they need to do it because I had a booking. I don’t recommend this place at all Very bad customer service Rude to customer
The service was very prompt and swift. I went there to service my vehicle and was done within an hour. The staffs were very friendly and looked into each and every detail. Definitely recommend this automotive shop.
Our car broke down on 7 December and was towed by NRMA to Ultimate Automobile. The following day, we were advised the issue would be repaired. The vehicle remained with the workshop for nine days, after which we were charged $650 for diagnosis, parts replacement, and labour. After collecting the car, it broke down again the same day within one kilometre and required another NRMA tow back to the same workshop.
