Called about a refund because their equipment was broken. Told me they would take care of it. Waited a couple weeks and never got one. Called again. They told me they’d take care of it for the second time…and never got a refund. Seems like every time I go there something’s not operating. Must be a new owner. Not going back.
I drove through and it did a great job cleaning my Jeep Wrangler!
Update... this place is now terrible. All the vaccums are broken even though the wash says i get a free vacuum. The automatic wash bays are also hit and miss. Sometimes they take your money and wash your car, other times they may just take your money... the app doesn't work either. And don't bother getting a receipt. (2 years prior) The car wash is very well maintained. Always clean and everything in working order. Love how accessible they are, if there's any problem they help right away.
