To start out with it's one of the worst washers, I've ever gone to I had to wash my car and then take it from place to get my car clean. You don't want to wash your car to the place I washed my car. I left I had to go to an actual car wash to wash my car because their car wash didn't work. Properly, I was reading a lot of reviews, and I usually take it with a grain of salt. Well, these people are correct a 100%
Always out of soap and spot-free rinse, but happily allows you to pay. Cancelling charges the automatic $3 minimum. This happens so frequently I consider it deliberate theft.
Just wanted a quick wash but all I got was water: no soap and no rain-x. Just water. This place sucks!
This is literally the worst car wash in Clive/ Urbandale. It never has soap or pre-wash or soap in the brush. I drive by everyday and it's never busy so it's clear the owners are only into it to rip people off for their hard earned money. Don't waste your time or money on this place, thank me later..
Multiple vacuums are not working and eating coins. The foaming brush had no soap you’d be better off, washing your car in the middle of a dirt wind storm with sandpaper.
