I had no soap. And got electrocuted by trying to turn it off. Called the number and got a female. Didn't want to believe me that none of the other people there had no soap.. and really could of cared less that I got zapped by the machine. This place was my favorite, new owners could care less... Will never get my money again!!
No soap. Stood there pressing the gun and nothing came out. Just water
Like others I too had no soap. I called the # posted on a door. Of course no answer but I left a message for them to call me back to report the car wash and wanting 8 bucks back. No call no nothing. I'm spreading the word it's common there DAILY. How can the chain afford to keep this place open out of embarrassment. I'm going there now to test the out of soap situation and will report my findings. Well I'm here and exact same thing happened. I put in a 10 Bill and it shut with about 10 minutes to go
