Awesome mechanic!
I made an appointment to get some work done on my truck today. I showed up 15 minutes early only to be told nobody was there except the girl behind the counter. She called the owner and he said he meant to call me and reschedule but forgot. I drove 25 miles and wasted more than half of my day off when I had lots of other things I could have been doing.
