The customer service was IMPECCABLE! Iris was super helpful, informative and understanding. There was a delay due to winter weather so I was unable to get my window fixed on the original date but Iris was able to inform me of this quick and timely able to reschedule. However, on the day of repair I was waiting until 4pm until repair on my car could start. Ultimate Auto Glass & Electronics replaced my damaged windshield. Due to manufacturing issues (not their fault at all) the replacement windshields kept coming in damaged from the supplier. Marnie Smith kept me updated and was very accommodating on schedule once they received a unit that was not damaged. I really appreciate the communications! I did not get anywhere near the same customer service with Safelite, which turned into a waste of my time trying to get the replacement. I value being able to talk to a real person when... read more
