Absolutely trash experience dealing with this company. I had them replace the rear glass in my wife's Traverse. John, left glass inside the door panel and all over the inside of the vehicle. He broke the button that closes the liftgate. I am missing two bolts that hold the black exterior panels to the liftgate, and now there is a constant rattle coming from the liftgate while driving. I called the company, they sent John back out to look at the problem. He said he would repair the button but has not done so, and its been 15 ... read more
