Had the best customer service with Carlos! Needed a pink slip and a full service for my car and Carlos fit me in on his busy Saturday! Totally appreciated his time and services 🙏 Thoroughly checked my car over and discovered I needed a new battery which he had the last one in stock. Generally grateful for Carlos, I highly recommend him and will be referring him to my friends and family. Power of word of mouth..he is a great asset to the area..Thank you!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute rockstar service! I brought my car in expecting a huge headache and a massive bill, but the team here completely turned it around. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly without any confusing jargon, and had my car back on the road in no time. The pricing was completely transparent and fair, and the quality of the work is top-notch—my car is running smoother than it has in years. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but these folks have definitely earned a lifelong customer... read more
Very good happy with service Carlos is terrific
I wouldn't recommend this mechanic to anyone...took my car in last week...Supposedly changed the timing belt o ly to scree it up even more...Had the nerve to argue about and won't fix the problem or return my money..
After my van breaking down leaving me stranded in Liverpool Ultimate Auto Electrical and Mechanical repairs came through. Despite being already booked they took on the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. Specific mention needs to go to Carlos, his first class customer service is to be commended. If you need to find a team who can help with both auto electrical and mechanical repair Ultimate should be your first call. Thanks Again!
