This is the most honest, fair and reliable shop you are going to find. We brought our car in for an air conditioning problem and it ended up needing almost $5,000 worth of work. Plenty of other mechanics would have gladly taken the job, but we were honestly told not to do the work as it would be a colossal waste of money. After that I brought my car because it reeked of gas. I was in a complete bind and Ultimate was the only one who answered the call and had availability! The part my car needed is on national back order and somehow these guys tracked one down and were able to get me back on the road! They were extremely communicative and made a frustrating experience, so much easier to deal with! I have already recommended them to people and I just got my car back 5 days ago. They are honest, transparent and a true pleasure to deal with! Thank you so much!
