Deceptive service. There is a blatant discrepancy between the service booked over the phone and what was communicated upon my arrival at the shop. Although I made a reservation specifically for an engine oil and filter change, I was hit with a ridiculous claim that the oil change could not be performed unless I purchased additional services. Furthermore, the price quoted during the phone consultation had hidden fees, and they demanded additional charges.
brillant service was stuck on side, took me in, in less than 30 mins and had car done in 3/4 hours
I went here for an oil change and to have my fuel injectors checked. I walked away being "guaranteed" it was my injectors and turbo. I asked how sure he was "100% sure, it's your injectors and turbo". Surprise! It was the DPF.
