Dan at West Chermside Ultimate Auto Care delivered major repairs with no notice, in a short timeframe, at a very reasonable cost with efficiency and utmost integrity. Car is back and running great. Appreciate everything you did for us Dan. I highly recommend this garage and it's team.
Dan refused to do a minor job (brake pads) on my car because he said their was a much larger problem (undersized rotors). I disputed this issue because my rotors were recently replaced. Two weeks later another mechanic checked and completed the minor job without issue. Unfortunately I wasn't refunded for the work Dan refused to do (charged me $99). Going to Ultimate Auto Care head office achieved nothing. Careful going to this company. An expected smaller bill may not what be what you end up with.
