Fantastic shop! As a visibility queer person who knows nothing about cars I am always hesitant to go to a new shop to get service on my car. I didnt feel unwelcome or like I was going to be taken advantage of amd sold something I don't need. In fact, I was told a part on my car was damaged and needed to be replaced so it didnt leak oil but the shop manager (?) said there was a possibility it was their fault and didn't charge me for it. I have been coming here since 2020 on the recommendation from my daughter, and I have had both larger and smaller services performed by them. Today, my vehicle had an alternator go out so I needed to be towed here. Justin got on it right away and found a good value on a new alternator, he had me out in time before closing so I wouldn't be without my vehicle for days which would have been quite a hardship for me without having a second vehicle I had not expected that.
