This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto body shop. I had an accident that got my front parking sensor pushed in, but the front bumper only had minor damage. After my accident, I took my car to the shop, initially for a $225 cash repair (then got increased to $650 after he said the sensors need to be replaced). Here comes the nightmare. No-nonsense auto body shop that does truly professional work. My Audi was rear-ended and had major damage. Robert (the owner) agreed to use parts that I sourced myself, which saved me a lot of money…something most shops wouldn’t do and did a OEM finish fixing it. I experienced the “Ultimate” Service. I had two and eventually a third service and received better than first rate results. Ultimate Autobody is a professional operation providing exceptional service. Those who feel otherwise should really comment on the final product before commenting.
