Awesome coach and excellent workouts. If you really want to push yourself with the help of a knowledgeable coach, this is the place to go. Update 9/10/25: I've been a member for 1.5 years now and I can honestly say the owner/coach/gym has changed my life for the better. I'd highly encourage anyone thinking about joining to simply take that step, reach out and make it happen.
