I called to order another pair of orthotics because I wanted to have a spare set on hand. What resulted was a 20-minute conversation where the owner (Darren) told me how America was falling apart and how Trump and God were the only solutions to all of the problems. When I pushed back on all of his conspiracy theories, he refused to sell me anything and hung up. We LOVE our orthotics. They have made such a huge difference for me and my husband. I've got plantar fasciitis and these have completely removed my foot pain and made walking so much easier. Can't recommend Ultimate Arch Orthotics enough. They are helpful, professional, and really listen to your concerns and offer personalized service without pressure.

I’m blown away and so excited about my orthotics. I just got them this past weekend at the Washington State fair and had a great experience with Denise and Cat. They were both friendly, helpful and professional. I have plantar fasciitis that we prohibiting me from wearing western boots for line dancing. Tonight I danced my entire class with my orthotics In my boots and had no pain. I am overjoyed and it was well worth the purchase.

The rude I don't care attitude at Clark fair was enough for me to not use them if it was free. The inside booths are not cheap, I work most trade shows and fairs. If you can put out that kind of money and snub potential customers then retire. Your product could never replace your attitude.
