Ultimate Sheds/Ultimate Alfresco deserve 5 Stars. Their customer service leading to the construction of my new pergola and then further upgrade that I requested was without any problem whatsoever. Special mention for Geoff who was the frontman for the project and the builder Dendy. Both are very professional/very easy to deal with and nothing was a problem. All I can say is from my experience I can only recommend the highly.
The team at Ultimate Alfresco were fantastic to deal with. They were highly professional and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Our project had a number of technical challenges, but we were delighted with the engineering solutions. We are thrilled with the final product and would highly recommend them for anyone considering an alfresco project.
I had a wonderful experience with Ultimate Alfresco. Geoff Ross is patient, understanding and will look beyond any problems. He had all the plans drawn up which were fantastic, however once it went to council found I had a sewer easement so couldn’t go ahead. Total disappointment. Geoff called around and we discussed options ( in another area ) and he came up with something different. From the design to the build it couldn’t have gone better.
