I had a wonderful experience with Ultimate Alfresco. Geoff Ross is patient, understanding and will look beyond any problems. He had all the plans drawn up which were fantastic, however once it went to council found I had a sewer easement so couldn’t go ahead. Total disappointment. Without a doubt, one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Every interaction throughout the build process, to completion was top shelf by all the Ultimate Alfresco staff and the contractors they use. They’re not cheap but I didn’t want a cheap patio. I wanted a modern patio that was built to last and to employ a company that was a one stop shop, so I didn’t have to co-ordinate the different trades (builders, concreters, electricians and council etc). Ultimate Alfresco rebuilt an old rotted deck outside our pool house. The experience was great and we were very happy with the result. Everything was very clear, they delivered on what they promised, helping us with all our choices and the guys who completed the work were both professional and very friendly.
Had a louvred roof over our wooden decking done in Bright by Ultimate Alfresco. After a lengthy delay from the council, it was finally built a couple of months ago. James and Damien were total experts in what they do, attention to details and work till dark to get it done in the time frame promised. We are very happy with the Louvered roof installed over deck and walkway area. It provides the perfect solution for an area where we wanted to maintain sun into the house during winter while also providing shelter when it rained plus shade throughout summer. The whole process was stressless. All staff were Very professional and excellent service. The building crew on site were exceptional They were professional, efficient and excellent workmanship. Very highly recommend the product and the company
