Bought Bambu 3D printer from them that did not work on arrival. When I contacted them, they told me I had to go back to 8ambu directly for warranty repair/replacement. When I contacted Bambu and completed the online request, Bambu said I had to go vack to where I purchased it. I contacted Ultimate 3D again and they won't answer me. I would not but from them, a s they don't support what they sell!
Ultimate 3D has printed several tooling parts for my manufacturing business. Each time, the entire process from start to finish was easy and surprisingly fast. I worked with Robin. He was incredibily knowledgeable about how to create the outcome I was looking for. He was also cost conscious of my projects, which I did not expect, but I did very much appreciate. These guys are really fast and very helpful. Mike and Robin have a lot of experience and their SLS is impeccable. I really appreciate their quick turn around and how available they are to help troubleshoot my projects and recommend a process to get it done.
These guys are the undisputed experts when it comes to SLS 3d printing. Amazing part quality and durability.
